Have you ever spent a whole day or weekend putting together that perfect playlist for yourself, for a friend, or for that special someone? A love ballad to make you cry, then a tune to pump you up and inspire confidence, followed by one that makes you search your soul for what's important in life. Selecting just the right mix of songs to express how you feel, tell a story, or evoke a specific emotion is a real art form! 

On Saturday, June 1, 2024, Harmonic Generation was pleased to present a music-filled evening of vocal a cappella at its concert a cappella MIX TAPE! at Ottawa's First Baptist Church.

A portion of the proceeds from this concert was shared with BGC Ottawa. BGC Ottawa provides safe, supportive places where all kids and teens, of all backgrounds, can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, and develop confidence and skills for life. From anti-racism to Reconciliation to 2SLGBTQ+, food security to scholarships to job readiness, BGC Ottawa battles systemic issues with systemic solutions - equity, acceptance, support, opportunity.
