About HG
Harmonic Generation is an Ottawa-based vocal group that has been entertaining audiences since 2008 with a continuously expanding set list of contemporary pop and classic songs. The group’s a cappella arrangements (many of which are created by our own members) span the years and draw inspiration from a wide range of genres and musical artists. Singing as a group has given us opportunities to perform for thousands in a variety of musical settings, to work with other artists and ensembles, and also to give back to the community.
Performing live is such a pleasure and we look forward to continuing to grow together as musicians, exploring new music, refining our sound, and developing our performance skills. Group membership is by audition, and weekly rehearsals are held Monday nights in Nepean.

About The Door Youth Centre
The Door Youth Centre is a place for youth to feel at home. A place where youth are welcomed by friends that become family. A place where youth can grow through new and enriching experiences.
The centre opened in May 1994 and has evolved primarily as a place for youth to access educational and employment support, health promotion, and recreational programs, while also working to establish links to other youth-oriented programs and services throughout the community. Most important, it is a place where youth can feel good about themselves and their place in the community. It is the only youth centre in the Centretown West area, thus fulfilling a need that is otherwise unmet.
The Door provides an environment that specifically caters to the needs of young people, celebrating the diversity of all backgrounds, and providing integrated social and developmental activities within an accessible, safe, and supportive environment, delivered by highly qualified staff and energetic volunteers.

Special Thanks
We owe a BIG THANK YOU to all those who helped make this concert a success: to Richard on sound, to Alan on lights; to Jamie for being our MC; to our front-of-house volunteers (Erin, Kim, Curtis, & Ted), and to the staff of the Calvin Christian Reformed Church. Thanks also to Malik, Susan, and the rest of the folks at The Door Youth Centre.
Most of all thanks to you, our friends, families, and supporters – we could NOT do this without you! We wish you all a safe and happy holiday season and we look forward to seeing you in 2026!
